Being a mother, it is the highest waiting for a mother to bring his baby home. This is natural that a mother cannot wait to see her newborn playing from one corner to another on the bed. Well, the mother keeps repeating on her mind, “when will be the newborn ready to go home.” For a child being born, it takes a lot for a mother and the same for the father. Apart from the role of the family, the hospital gets a bag of responsibility as soon as the baby is born. It is told that nothing is more sensitive than a newborn’s skin in this world.
The Deal With Hospital Authority
So being a hospital authority, the doctors have decided to keep the baby under observation for a maximum of 48 hours, along with the mother (Year – 2002). To check the stability and perfect health of both the mother and the child, proper observation is inevitable. Previously both the mother and the child were released within a few hours of the delivery if they were in a healthy state. But after some medical inspection, it was announced as a mandatory to keep both the newborn and the mama under observation for any further critical issue.
However, when the baby and the birth giver seem physically fit, then, they are discharged from the hospital after a proper doctor’s approval. On the other hand, if any issue arises during the observation period, the doctors committee may extend the observation period and announce the baby is not ready to go home.
The Journey to Home
The way the baby is carried to the home matters most. For a newborn, everything is expected to be smooth and comfortable. So only when the proper luxurious cars with cozy seats are arranged, then you may ask, “Is the newborn ready to go home?” Also, make sure the route you are choosing to reach home, are smooth and don’t give any jerk that would create turbulence for the baby.
The journey for the baby must be smooth and full of beautiful things that help the child to sleep peacefully on his/her mother’s lap inside the car.
Should You Decorate The Room?
Well, it’s up to the parents how they want to welcome the new member of the family. But most importantly, the room you’re going to put your newborn in must be of low light and full of warmth. We all know how sensitive a newborn’s immunity system is so that it can catch a cold very quickly. The room must be cozy and snug, so the baby can all asleep soon in a few minutes. Make sure there is no power light as the eyes of a newborn are not very wide open in two days.
However, these are the main key points that you have to remember before welcoming the new member of the family. Give the warmest welcome to your child, and keep everything as cozy as possible!
